Contents of IoT ADK Addon Kit must be extracted to a folder at the root of the OS install partition (C:\IoT-ADK-AddonKit) to function.

Requires AT MINIMUM TH2 ADK + WDK to work. 14393 ADK + WDK is recommended for this kit. System time must be set to anywhere between 30 October 2015 through ~2017 for package cert signing to work.
